Wife was really excited to come here. She grew up here but we don't live here. As we were finishing our food, which was pretty standard American Chinese, I felt something on my foot. When I brought it out, it was a cockroach! I kicked it off and stomped on it. I spoke to our waitress, who apologized, looked at it and asked if it was in the food. I said no, but it was on me. She said she would tell the manager. After a while another member of staff came over, not the manager, and I told them and showed them the squished cockroach. They apologized and then got a broom to sweep it up. I spoked again to the waitress because the manager never came over to say anything, and she said the manager would speak with us when we checked out. We went to checkout and told the manager about the cockroach and she just said she didn't know anything about it. I called the waitress over, and she told the manager then, and nothing was done except an annoyed look and a "sorry." I have never experienced a cockroach in a restaurant and I cannot believe it was met with such a nonchalance. Disgusting service. Disgusting roaches.

Usually our togo place for chinese usually very good this last time wasnt the greatest. The lo mein and soups were very good but the shrimp fried rice had way too much onion and egg than normal. The shrimp was also a little weird. But as always staff was nice and place looked clean.

Food obviously was old and disgusting looking. Steamed dumplings were dry and hard, sushi with raw fish was room temperature, sesame chicken was soggy and gross looking as well as there being so much cartilage in it, and the white rice looked like left over rice from someone's plate. Last time it wasn't as bad but still not great. This place is awful at making food and they have bad service. We ordered an hour before they closed, no excuse, you don't give out food that's been sitting for hours. The food was done in less than 10 minutes should've assumed we were getting leftovers. The lady that answers the phone is always rude with an attitude. None of the food is worth it especially for the ridiculous prices. Ruined a late dinner. Now they're closed, can't demand a refund right away and who knows what bs they'll say when I call them tomorrow. Completely disappointing and a rip off. Panda Express is more fresh than this. Yall are embarrassing to the food industry

I ordered the chicken chow mein which should normally be made with noodles and chicken and instead was given plain boiled chicken and cabbage. My food was absolutely disgusting and to have spent close to $50 for plain and disgusting food was not on the plan. This restaurant used to be good. Will never come back again .

The only good thing about this place was the service of the cashier. Interior was old and dingy, had a funny smell. Four Seasons - bland, lacked any seasoning, vegetables overcooked to mush and the meat was coated in a pasty wrinkly flour or starch? Meat super tough. Beef Chow Fung - super greasy, weird beef, very bland, no seasoning. Kung po chicken - guess what? You got it! Weird coated chicken in a very sweet beige sauce with burnt spring onions. No salt and no spice at all! Pretty horrid. Peking duck - as dry as a flip flop on a beach! Duck jerky! Egg rolls & spring rolls - super greasy, soggy, tasteless. BBQ Ribs - tough & tasteless Steamed meat dumplings - thick and gummy, tasteless and dry. Steamed shrimp dumplings - dry, pasty, flavorless, gummy I have eaten a variety of Asian cuisine in my life. Ranging from authentic to westernised. This is by far the WORST oriental meal I have ever had. The person cooking the food has zero palette and needs a new profession! Their cooking skills are outright offensive. How dare you charge people for this. Even if the food was free (which it most certainly was not) we wouldn't eat it. We read the reviews, 4.2 stars it said. LIES!
